No matter how a Chameleon advertises its rainbow nature,it can never be any other thing but animal. A snake must always recreate long creatures. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. To be forewarned is to be forearmed. A stitch in time saves nine.

The above illustrations captures the graphic and pictorial details of the situation at hand in Nigeria. The blood thirsty demons beating war drums, unleashed from the pit of hell and visited on the beautiful “GREEN WHITE GREEN” flag of Nigeria needs urgent divine presence to wisen up understanding in order to issue some champions league “Red Card” to them to effect its urgent disappearance. The maturity at which we visit the obvious in terms of dispensing our wisdom of Solomon’s posturing as a great nation at this time; can make or mar us as the self-acclaimed giant of Africa.

Ethnicity and Religion are Nigeria’s biggest challenges. They are cancerous and could be more deadly than hydrogen bomb if not properly and scholarly managed. Engaging in hate speeches, innuendoes,antagonism,strife,ethnic revanchism precipitated by separatist agitations for equity,justice,fairness,brotherliness,sportsmanship may not be the wisest counsel afterwards but a patriotic and intelligent resolve to salvage our nation from unmollifiable precipe of another civil war that is compellingly advancing.

The political horse trading,maneuvering,muscle flexing,scheming,calculation for 2019 general elections that reared its hydra headed ugly monster cap via the “AREWA YOUTHS” Kaduna declaration can only fool the mentally bankrupt and gullible Nigerians. After series of failed clandestine efforts and attempts to put stones on the integrity,soaring popularity and general acceptability of the Acting President Professor Yemi Osinbajo by the “Aso Rock” cabal, rebaptizing their weapon of political warfare(Boko Haram) against perceived foes,became the beautiful bride.

Sensing that the Boko Haram political strategy used to dismantle Former President Goodluck Jonathan’s mandate may not see the light of the day,they resorted to the unthinkable by sponsoring faceless non registered organizations in the north to create tension in the country so that the Acting President will be showcased to the world as a political neophyte,weakling and incompetent representative of his boss. This calculated opportunity will either pave the way for the military to intervene or the long axe of the National Assembly will get him out of the equation to ensure that powers remains with the Hausa/Fulani Northern Muslims.

Do not be deceived by the litany of political elders from the north condemning the Kaduna declaration. Most of them are paying lip service to gain political sympathy for their selfish ambitions. Some of them are secretly behind that development and are excited about the tensed atmosphere of fear,uncertainty and war in the country.

The tension is a political well thought strategy aimed at cowing the resilient spirit of the Biafra agitation that has become an item in the world so that they will be mandated to soft pedal on their quest for freedom or face the consequences of losing their hard earned businesses,investments,properties scattered across the north. It is only a lazy,unsuccessful and zero ambition man that takes pleasure in a tensed atmosphere of war.

The investigation and arrest clamour of the security agencies,northern leaders are laughable as the group are growing from strength to strength in the mould of  some hero displaying braggadocio and showing that some godfathers towers behind them,as they reiterate their earlier stand but in a modernized fashion owing to the nationwide uproar their inciting statement stirred.

It is so unfortunate that some Igbos are now leaving the northern states in droves to avoid a repeat of ugly and painful history of subjugation,savagery,cold-bloodedness,ferocity,hard-heartedness and pogrom meted to them.

Until those disgruntled faceless elements are fished out,arrested and tried in a court of competent jurisdiction for treasonable felony,attempted larceny and burglary,breach of law and order,rape of fundamental rights of geographical location and freedom etc and publicly displayed on the media to serve as a deterrent to others,without it, the parroting of the security agencies and northern elders remains a figment of their imagination,wishful thinking and a gross deceit.

The success of Nigeria as a united entity and the 2019 general elections is predicated on how we handle this challenging enemy. Nigerians and the world at large are watching and keeping records as events unfolds.It's high time we woke up from this ethnic and religious slumber for the future of our children and unborn generations.
